It’s hard to believe that the summer is flying by and soon classes will be starting.  With this in mind, we wanted to update you on changes within the NROC project that you may want to be aware of.

New Institutional HippoCampus Features:

 

Your institution’s branded HippoCampus website now offers these enhanced features:

 

̵   Annotation Tool - Allows instructors to add notes to course media at the topic level. The annotation will be visible only to those students accessing the instructor’s HippoCampus page. 

̵   Alerts - Reported errata are now readily viewable at the topic and course level.

̵   Standards – View correlations to state standards and to the new Common Core at your branded HippoCampus site. 

̵   Textbook Correlations - Textbook correlations now include the ISBN number.  In addition, instructors can also add their own correlations to a textbook or other resource.

̵   Discipline-Specific Mini-Sites and Blogs: Check out teacher-moderated blog postings for additional activities, resources and tie-ins to current events to enhance instruction.
